Jewelry Armor Share operates with the understanding that the objects that are on this site are not casual purchases. Many are historically grounded, or collector grade pieces that deserve clarity, protection, and respective at every stage of acquisition.
The following policies are designed to support confident and considered purchasing.
Shipping
All domestic USA orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost. Items valued over $1,000 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International clients may select from available shipping options at checkout and are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. I am always happy to assist with questions prior to shipment.
Once an item leaves my care, it is tracked and insured until it reaches you.
Returns and Consideration Period
I encourage thoughtful, intentional purchasing. That said, I understand that recognition sometimes require time.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original condition and is the responsibility of the client
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling, inspection, and relisting
Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for layaway items or any items that have been resized or customized at your request
- If an item arrives and does not align with the description or documentation, please contact me immediately. In cases of misrepresentation, the restocking fee will be waived. Accuracy and trust are foundational here.
Layaway
- Total price divided evenly across the selected payment period (3-4 months)
- Item ships once payment is complete
Defaulting on a payment beyond one week results in forfeiture of the item and any payments made. This policy exists to protect both the integrity of the item and fairness to other collectors.
For US clients, Shop Pay Installment may also be available at checkout, depending on the item's value
Resizing
I am pleased to offer resizing services for eligible rings, with average fees ranging from $70 to $200 depending on your specific requirements. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact me so I can assist you and ensure your ring fits perfectly.
Additionally, I provide bracelet link removal services upon request. If you need links removed from your bracelet, simply reach out to me and I will be happy to help.
