Edit: I identified the maker's mark!
A powder blue guilloche enamel swirls like watercolor, framed by a gentle wash of faded green at the center. My favorite are the tiny diamond cut roses that shimmer across the surface. The watch no longer runs so set it to a moment in cherished time when it meant the most for you. It's a vessel for the moment you never want to lose track of.

Ideas to wear:

On a long chain as a pendant that sways with you
Tucked into a blazer pocket for a subtle old world flourish
Resting on your desk as a tiny piece of art
Tip: if you so desire to open the pocket watch, press gently at the black button at the top and gently open at the lip. To close, press the button again and then shut. Shutting without pressing the button can damage the mechanisms inside.
