The milgrain details are impossibly tiny, to me it looks like antique bobbin lace. The ring’s head is a compass style with a glowing natural pearl at the heart center. It is surrounded by scattered diamonds and anchored by carre cut rubies set at each cardinal corner. The love that went into this ring, it was likely a commission and it can be confirmed by the date inscription of June 13th, 1910 on the inside.
