A whimsical pair of earrings, a page out of a fairytale. They have that wonderful Victorian sense of invention and fantastical. So deeply serious in their craftmanship! At the center is a sweet daisy center with delicate beadwork. The bead and wire details all appear to have been individually soldered on. The top fan is hinged, creating a slight bit of articulation which gives a nice sophisticated sway when worn. The bottom ball detailing reminds me of a woven gold mesh. The gold is a darker and richer in tone in comparison to a locket that I have in the shop. Its bloomed gold finish is more warm and just as matte in luster. So enchanting!

Condition Dark tarnish areas around the top of the fan and one petal of the daisy. Tarnish areas around the hinge and the bottom mesh like orb. Overall fabulous condition!
